Welcome to our 2025 Holiday Program

Holiday Greetings to all! Our 2025 Holiday Assistance Program will open for registrants on Monday, September 29th and close on Friday, November 21st. Last year, we served 202 children and 88 families, all made possible by our generous community.

Holiday In-Person Distribution will take place on Saturday, December 13th at the Middletown Volunteer Fire Department’s Social Activities Building at 1 Fireman’s Lane, Middletown, MD.

This year, we will support local families by donating the following items.

Teens and Children will receive:

  • $100 gift card of your choice to either Amazon or Walmart

  • Younger aged children will receive a toy

  • Older tweens and teens will receive a bag of toiletries

Families will receive:

  • Families of 4 will receive a $100 grocery card to either Safeway, Weis or Walmart

  • Families of 5-7 will receive a $150 grocery gift card

  • Families of 8 or more will receive a $200 gift card

How to register:

  • Families that wish to participate in our program may register for assistance by completing this online form.

  • Applicants must submit documentation of their residence and participation with state or federal agencies, or qualification under ALICE standards.

  • Collection times will be issued after all requirements are met.

How to contribute:

  • You may make a donation on our web donation page here. On the dropdown menu, please select 2025 Holiday Assistance to make a donation to the general holiday fund, or 2025 Support-a-Family if you wish to support an entire local family.

  • Toys, toiletries and other item donations will be collected at Christmas in the Valley and other events leading up to December 13th.
