We are sponsoring a community yard sale on Oct. 4th where participants can purchase spaces on Green Street behind Town Hall and Kelley Realty for $20 for a 10 foot by 10 foot space. All money generated by this event will benefit the new Middletown Food Bank to be built right across the street from the sale. There is available parking behind Zion Lutheran Church.

There are approximately 50 spaces available and these can be purchased on a first come basis. You can obtain more than 1 space for your displays. Set up begins at 7:30 a.m. and the sale starts at 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 4th. After the sale, all participants are responsible for cleaning up their locations from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
